Echo Mind is an independent engineering practice in Berlin. We design, build, and secure infrastructure for startups and scale-ups — the kind of companies where the platform was built at full speed, by people who had a product to ship, and now has to grow up.
We stay deliberately small because the work we sell only works senior. Infrastructure decisions are leverage: one good week of architecture saves a year of toil, and one bad default costs more than any consulting fee. That math doesn't survive juniors-on-the-invoice economics — so we don't do it.
And we go deep where most cloud agencies stay shallow: security, reliability, and the unglamorous operational details that decide whether a platform survives real traffic, a real audit, and a real bill. Standing up a cluster is easy. We care about what happens to it at 3 a.m.

Echo Mind is founder-led: the engineer who scopes your engagement is the engineer who delivers it. Abdelrahman works hands-on across cloud platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and security engineering, embedded with venture-backed startups and scale-ups.
He started Echo Mind on a simple observation: growing companies don't need more reports about their infrastructure. They need someone to sit down inside the team and build the missing pieces — properly, as code, with a handover at the end.
